Refund and Returns Policy of Axamavel Toy Store

At Axamavel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories.
  • The item must be unopened and undamaged.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.

We do not accept returns for final sale items, including products marked as non-returnable or clearance items.


2. How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Email us at info@axamavel.com or call our customer service team at (715) 843-9580 to inform us about your return request. Include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your request is received, we will review your case. If your return is eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This step is required for us to process your return.

  3. Prepare the Item for Return:
    Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accompanying materials, and attach the provided return label or RMA number.

  4. Ship the Item Back:
    Send the returned item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to an error on our part.


3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time:
    Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank statement or PayPal account, depending on your payment method.

  • Shipping Charges:
    We do not refund the cost of shipping fees paid during the original order. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item and issue a refund, you may place a new order for the desired item.

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a similar product at no additional charge.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@axamavel.com or call (715) 843-9580. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or exchange, depending on your preference. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product to process your claim.

  • Return Shipping for Damaged Items:
    If the product is damaged or defective, Axamavel will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used toys, unless they are defective
  • Items returned without an RMA number or proper documentation
